Undergraduate Procedure

Online Process

  • Step 1: Click Online Application.
  • Step 2: Fill out the form and upload the necessary documents.
  • Step 3: Wait for email confirmation.
  • Step 4: Upon receiving confirmation, pay the enrollment fee of ₱1,000.00 at Alternative Payment Center.
  • Step 5: Wait for email approval that you are officially enrolled.
  • Step 6: Attend the orientation session once enrolled.

On-Site Process

  • Step 1: Fill out the Enrollment Form.
  • Step 2: Obtain signatures from:
    • Guidance Office
    • School Nurse (Clinic)
    • Program Head
    • College Dean
  • Step 3: Make payment at the Cashier.
  • Step 4: Submit the Enrollment Form at the Registrar's Office.
  • Step 5: Claim your voucher and ID/Validation at the Marketing Office.
