DEAN's Lister

The Student must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program.
With a regular number of units in a semester as indicated in the program prospectus.
With a GPA of, and has attained underlying achievements:

A. Application Process

Automatic Consideration once the student attains the GPA of 90 and successfully attains the underlying requirements.
Submit the necessary attachments such as a formal application letter, copy of report card, and certification from the department head signed by the DEAN and academic vice president and the school president.

NOTE: This Academic Scholarship Program is effective starting the AY.2024-2025 and the basis for the academic performances and achievement of underlying requirements is 1st semester of the same year.
